My coaching offers a safe, trauma-informed space for those who have learned to cope early and carry the quiet imprint of emotional separation, particularly those who experienced boarding school.

I help you understand how your nervous system adapted in childhood and how those survival patterns may now show up in your relationships, self-worth, work, and ability to rest or feel close to others.

Using a blend of proven coaching models, nervous system education, inner child work, and reflective techniques, we uncover patterns and gently explore the impact they’ve had on your life.

Alongside this, we consciously build confidence and self-trust as you begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion.

Where it feels aligned, I also incorporate shadow work and spiritual practices to support deeper integration and healing. This work isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you make sense of yourself, soften long-held defences, and reconnect with who you truly are beneath them, so you can live with more ease, authenticity, and emotional freedom.

​1.​ Book Your Free 30-minute Discovery Session – A Discovery Session is a relaxed, confidential conversation where we explore where you are right now, what's been feeling challenging, and what you're hoping for moving forward. It's a gentle space to gain clarity, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a supportive aligned next step with no pressure or obligation.

​2.​ Your Personalised Plan – Together we gently map out your next steps, bringing clarity to what's been feeling tangled and identifying a grounded, supportive path forward that feels right for you.

​3.​ Ongoing Support – You'll receive ongoing steady support between sessions, with compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a safe space to process, integrate, and stay anchored as you move forward.

​4. ​Implementation & Feedback – You implement the agreed steps in your real life, and I offer thoughtful feedback, reflection, and gentle adjustments along the way so the process stays aligned, supportive, and effective for you. we can review and adjust as you grow.

My Approach

My sessions are held with warmth, presence, and deep listening, grounded by my lived experience along with a range of coaching tools and modalities. I take an overall holistic approach, and it'll all be delivered through my own calm, embodied coaching style.

I will walk alongside you, holding safe, compassionate space as you move through your healing journey and create meaningful, sustainable change at your own pace.
